Jennifer Jones Esthetics is an esthetic studio located in the up-and-coming Bull Street District of downtown Columbia, SC, inside Image Studios. Relax and unwind with an esthetician who is passionate about continuing her education to bring you the latest in advanced techniques and services. Our studio offers a variety of treatments designed to enhance both your inner and outer beauty. Jennifer specializes in a wide range of facial treatments, including dermaplaning, microchanneling, hydradermabrasion, as well as body waxing, lash lifts, brow laminations, and more. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. For treatments exceeding $50, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours.
Late Arrival Policy:
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please call/text the studio as soon as possible. If you arrive late, we may still be able to accommodate your appointment, but your service may be shortened to fit the available time. If you choose to proceed with the service, you will be charged the full amount of the originally scheduled service.
If you choose not to receive the service due to being late, it will be considered a cancellation without 24 hours’ notice, and a 50% cancellation fee of the originally scheduled service will be applied. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
